of T~ustees and show cause why said p~opose~ work should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1730; and WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time ~ d manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana having acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed work done and improvement made; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, that the public interest and convenience requires the work done and improvement made particularly set forth and described in Resolution of Intention No. 1V30 which is dated the 28th day of February, 1927, on file in the Office of the Clerk of said City and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby o~ers the work to be done and improvement to be made in said City as particularly set forth and described in the said Resolution of Intention No. 1~30 as aforesaid. That the expense of said work and improvement is by said Relolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district, which said district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention, an, plat er map thereof on file in the Office of the City is shown by a Engineer. The post a notice Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby directed to of said work, together with the specifications therefor conspicuously for five (§) days on or near the Council Chamber door of said Board of Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also directed to publilh twice a notice inviting such proposals and referring to the spec- ifications posted or on file, in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, of said Board held on the 4th day of April, vote: AYE~S, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: ( sEAL ) at a regular meeting 1927, by the following C.H.Chapman, Geo.
