RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK NO. 1873 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, on the 3rd day of January, 1928, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1868, to order the hereinafter described work t¢ be done and improvement to be made in, on and along those open public streets in said City, commonSy known as Bush Street from the Northerly line of First Street to the Southerly line of Sixth Street; Spurgeon Street from the Northerly llne of First Street to the Southerly line of Sixth Street; French Street from the Northerly line of First Street to the Southerly line of Sixth Street and a portion of Third Street, which Resolution of Intention No. 1865 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ara, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of W. Lee Millis, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the ?th day of January, 1928; and WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1865, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ara conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 62 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, heade, NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets within such district at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as appears from the affidavit of C. L. Jenken, said Street Superintendent, who personally posted said notices of improvement; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ara, conmaenced to post said notices on the 12th day of January, 1928, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 12th day of January, 1928, more than ten (lC) days before the date set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears from the affidavit of C. L. Jenken, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 12th day of January, 192~, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sant~a Ana was duly and regularly in session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Monday, the 23rd day of January, 1928, being the time, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement,
