when and where any and all persons having any objection to the pro- posed work or improvement may appear before the City Council and show cause why said proposed work should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1865; and WHEREAS, all pr~teste or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied, in time, manner and form as required by law, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana having acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed work done and improvement made; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the public interest and convenience requires the work done and improvement made particularly set forth ~nd described in Resolution of Intention No. 1865, which is dated the 3rd day of January, 1928, on file in the of.flce of the Clerk of said City and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and the City Council of the City of Santa A~a hereby orders the work to be done and improve, ment to be m~de in said City, as particularly set forth and descrlbec in the said Resolution of Intention No. t865 as aforesaid. That the expense of said work and improvement is by said Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district which said district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention and is shown by a p~at or map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer. The Clerk of the City of Santa,Ana is hereby directed to poet a notice of said work, together with the specifications therefo: conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of said City Council, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered. He is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such proposals and referring to the specifications posted or on file in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspape~ published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that ~rpo~e. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Work was duly and regularIy introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting of said City C~ncll held on the 2~rd day of January, 1928, AYES, by the following vote: TRUSTEES: J.L.~cBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
