RESOLUTION NO. 59-152 AMENDING THE MASTER PLAN OF <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS TO INCLUDE AREAS COMING INTO <br />THE CITY BY BECENT ANNEXATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Sa~ ta Ana <br />regularly held a public hearing on ~ay ll, 1959, on the adoption <br />of ~mendments to the Master Plan of Streets and Highways, and recom- <br />mended to the City Council that they pass and adopt the sa~e; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing, on notice, <br /> <br />on June 15, 1959, and there were no protests to the adoption of said <br />amendment s; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the~Master Plan of Streets <br />and Highways of the City of Santa Ana originally adopted by Resolu- <br />tion No. 58-261 be and the same is hereby amended to include exten- <br />sion of said streets of the City through areas recently annexed to <br />said City, particularly those areas annexed under the name of "West <br />Santa Ana Annex", and "Edinger and Sullivm Annex", and is amended <br />to show Delhi Road between Bristol Street and Standard Avenue, and <br />Fourth Street between Tustin Avenue and the Sauta Ana Freeway, as <br />changed from secondary to primary classification. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the map nominated Master Plan <br /> <br />of Streets and Highways, so amended, is hereby adopted as the Master <br />Plan of Streets aud Highways, and the Planning Department is directed <br />to show upon the face of said map the adoption of this amendment and <br />to keep a current up-to-date copy of said map on file in the office <br /> <br />of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the <br />Ana at its regular meeting held <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />' CLERK OF TEE COUR~IL <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Santa <br />on the ~5~ of June, 1959./ <br /> <br /> <br />
