RESOLUTION NO. 58-261 ADOPTING ~ MASTER PLAN OF STREETS AND HIG-~t~ WH~:HEA~, heretofore, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, after lengthy study and investigation, proposed as an element of the Master Plan of the City of Santa Aha a plan of Streets and High- ways, as a determination to establish widths of streets md highways, set-backs along the same, and location and alignment to govern future determinations regarding acquisition or retention of rights of way, and all other information shown thereon for the benefit of the citizens of the City of Santa Ana, and the Planning Commission, after notice, held two public hearings; and WHEREAS, after publication of notice, as required by law, a public hearing was called for the 6th day of October, 1958, and contin- ued to the 20th day of October, 1958, and then duly held and determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby approves and adopts as a~ element of the Master Plan of said City, the plan of Streets and Highways, and de- clares that the same shall be known as the "MASTER PLAi~ OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS" of said City, and directs that a copy of said plan proper- ly mack.ed with said official title be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council, and with the Planning Department of the City, as a part of the public records of the City, to there be available for public inspection.
