RESOLUTION NO. 211~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2033, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMW. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 203~ of ~h~ City Council of the City of Santa Ana, passed on the Sth day of November, 1928, a complete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above stated for thea ssessments unpaid; and fo WEEREAS~ interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear ~efore the City Council in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City at the hour of ?:30 o~clock P.E. on Monday, the 19th day of August, 1929, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on the Street Superintendent's llst; and V~EREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that serial bonds to represent unpaid a~sessments bearing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 191S", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date, and all interested persons having appeared before this City Council and having been given a full opportunity to show cause why Oonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all object- ions presented having been heard and considered. IT IS TH~REFORE N~~ BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI~ CITY OF SANTA ANA, DETERMINED, RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLL0%TS: That no cause has been shown why Oonds should not se issued upon the security of s~td unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds; and further, ~ That bonds shall oe issued upon the security BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLO~: of said unRaid assessments to said amount of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty- Six and l~lO0 Dollars ($13,288.1~).
