<br />of the parcel of land conveyed~by Andrew Glassel~ and A. B. Chapman to H. J. Dull
<br />by deed dated November 8th, 1881, recorded February 2nd, 1882, in Book 85, page
<br />72 of Deeds, records of L~s Angeles County. California, said point being located
<br />695.77 feet North 1° 02~ East of a ~" by 4~ stake marking the'intersection of the
<br />center lines of Flower Street and Santa Clama Avenue, as shown on said map; the
<br />Southeast corner of the above described parcel conveyed to said H. J. Dull being
<br />30 feet South 1° 02' West along said center line of Flower Street produced

<br /> Section 2. That the public interest and convenience require and it is the intentio~
<br />of the said City Council of the City of Santa Ana to order the following improvements made
<br />and work done, to-wit:

<br /> That Santa Ana Boulevard as hereinbefore described excepting the intersection of
<br />said street with Flower Street, shall be improved by the grading and paving thereof with
<br />Portland cement concrete pavement, and the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs
<br />along the curb lines of said street, and at street intersections, around curves to intersect
<br />the curb lines of intersecting streets, excepting those portions of said proposed Santa Ana
<br />Boulevard to be occupied by two bridges, to be constructed as hereinafter described; said
<br />ganta Ana Boulevard also to be improved by the installation of an ornamental lighting
<br />system consisting of cast iron single lighting standards, and all other necessary appurtenance
<br />thereto; the construction of a reinforced concrete bridge across 'Santiago Creed; the con-
<br />struction of a wooden pile trestle bridge across Santa Ana River; the construction of concrete
