Heliotrope Drive with the center line of said Seventeenth Street~ excepting there- f~om any portions of said streets which are already improved to the official grade, in addition to the hereinbefore described ornamental lighting system, shall be improved as'follows, to-wit: That Flower Street, together with all street and alley intersections within the above defined limits, shall be improved by the grading and paving therec with Portland cement concrete pavement, including driveways, all as shov~ on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs along the curb lines of said street~ and at street and alley intersections, around curves to intersect the curb lines of said intersecting streets and alleys, and along and around the central parkway area, all as shown on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks along each side of said street, from Seventeenth Street to Santa Clara Avenue, all as shown on the plans; the construction of vitrified clay pipe main sewer, vitrified clay pipe house connecting sewers, together with manholes, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as sho~rn on the p~ans; the construction of cast iron pipe house service water connections, copper pipe house service water connections, fire hydrants, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as sho~rn on the plans; the construction of wrought iron p~pe gas main, wrought iron pipe house service gas connections and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as shown on the plan~; the removal of existinE ~rees from property line to property line, all as shown on the plans; the planting of ornamental ~ees in the spa'ce between the curb and the sidewalk, and the plant- ing of ornamental trees and shrubs in the central parkway area, all as shov~ on the plans. That Heliotrope Drive, together with all street and alley intersections within the above defined limits, be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, including driveways, all as sho~rn on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs along the curb lines of said street, and at Street and alley intersections around curves to intersect the curb lines of said inter- secting streets and alleys all as sho~m on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks along each side of said street, all as shov~ on the plans; the construction of vitrified clay pipe main sewer, vitrified clay pipe house connecting sewers, together with manholes, lamphole, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as shoran on the plans; the construction of cast iron pipe water main, cast iron pipe house service water connections, copper pipe house service water connections, fire hydrant, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as shown on the plans~ the construction of wrought iron pipe gas main, wrought iron pipe house service gas connections, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto~ all as shov~ on the plans; the removal of all existing trees from property line to property line, and the planting of ornamental trees in the space between the curb and sidewalk, all as sho~n on the plans. That Nineteenth Street within the above defined limits be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, including driveways, all as shown on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs along the curb lines of said street, and at street intersections around curvs to intersect the curb lines of said intersecting streets, all as shown on the plans; the con~ struction of Portland cement concrete sidewalk along each side of said street, all as shown on the plans, the removal of all existing trees from property line to property line, and the planting of ornamental trees in the space between the curb and sidewalk, all as shown on the plans. That Santa Clara Avenue within the above defined limits be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, all as shown on the plans; and the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs along the curb ~lines of said street~ all as shown on the plans. That North Park Boulevard within the above defined limits be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, all as shown on the plans; and the construction of Portland cement concrete curb along the curb lines of said street~ all as shown on the plans. That Greenleaf Street within the above defined limits be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, all as sho~m~ on the plans; the con- struction of Portland cement concrete curbs along the curb line of said street and at street intersections around curves to intersect the curb lines of said inter- secting streets, all as shown on the plans; and the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks where sidewalks are shown on the plans to be constructed. That Seventeenth Street within the above defined limits be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, all as shown on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs along the curb line of said street, and at street intersections around curves to intersect the curb lines of said intersecting streets, all as shown on the plans; the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks where sidewalks are shown on the plans to be constructed, and the installation of a fire hydrant, all as shown on the plans. Together with such other work or improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications to be done which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. That the work to be done as hereinbefore described shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work hereinbefore mentioned. That for the installation of the hereinbefore described lighting system a, patented article will be used, and a license agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Western Lighting Company, selling agents for the King Company and Associated Wholesale Electric Company, permitting the use of patented articles for
