RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2100 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SET-BACK LINES UPON NORTH ROSS STREET, ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREET, FROM NINE- TEENTH STREET TO SANTA CLARA AVENUE, EXCEPTING THE CORNER LOTS FACING NINETEENTH STREET AND SANTA CLARA AVENUE RESPECTIVELY; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SAID SET-BACK LINES. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 815 of the City of Santa Ana prescribing the method of procedure for establishing set-back lines in the City of Santa Ana, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience requires, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, to establish set-back lines upon the following street in the City of Santa Ana, between which and the respectiw street lines of said street it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect any building or structure, or to place any structure thereon, t o-wit: North Ross Street on both sides of said street, from Nineteenth Street to Santa Clara Avenue, forty (40) feet outside of the present East and West lines respectively of said street, excepting from the provisions hereof the corner lots on said portion of North Ross Street fronting on Nineteenth Street and Santa Clara Avenue respectively. Section 2. Notice is hereby given, that on the 1st day of July, 1929, at V:50 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of the said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having an~ objections to the establishment of said set-back lines, or either of them, may appear before the City Council and show cause why an ordinance should not be passed and adopted establishing set-back lines upon the above mentioned street in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana before the hearing herein set a written protest against the establishment of said set-back lines designated herein, or any part thereof, and no other protests or objections will be considered. Section 5. The Santa Ana DaLly Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated, and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, andi the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this R~solution of Intention to be published by one insertion in said newspaper, which publication shall be at least ten (10) days before the time of said hearing. Section 4. The Street Superintendent of said City ~hall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted in front of each block or part of block upon said street where said set-back lines are proposed to be established a copy of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form prescribed by said Ordinance No. 815 of said City. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Santa ~tua, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of June, 1929, by the following vo to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, ¥~.J.Kelly, Homer C.
