RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT, AND ORDERING A C0~=Y THEREOF FILED WITIt THE TAX COLLECTOR. NO. 2103 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa ~a, did on the 8th day of April, 1929, pass Resolution No. 2083 determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature, and attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and which are noxious and dangerous, were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the Itemize~ report submitted herewith, and are a public nuisance; and whereas, on the 22nd day of April, 1929, the City Council further passed Resolution No. 2086 ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; AND, L~HEREAS, in pursuant to the above numbered Resolutions the Street Sup r- intendent did abate such nuisance and kept an itemized account and report of the costs and expenses thereof; and whereas, the said Street Superintendent has given notice required by law in which notice June ~th, 1929, at the hour of 7:30 o'cloc~ P.M., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Ha~l of said City as the place where an~ and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and whereas, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said report, and all of said pro- tests or objections to said report having been heard, it is hereby; RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that all of said pro- tests or objections to the said report of the work done be, and the same are hereby overruled, and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintengent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Co~lector. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ara, at an aSjourned regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th day of June, 1929, by t he following vote: AYES, NOES, ABSENT TRUSTEES: J.L.EcBride, Homer C.
