DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

<br /> Section 5. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore
<br />mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary
<br />public ~enefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable
<br />upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby
<br />declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement
<br />and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is
<br />bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

<br />along~the Northerly line of McfaddenStreet to a point distant 48
<br />feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Oak Street; thence Northerly
<br />and parallel to Oak Street to an intersection with the Southerly
<br />line of Tract No. 450 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous
<br />Maps, Book 17, Page S1, Records of Orange County, California; thence
<br />Westerly along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 450 to the
<br />Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Westerly
