<br />TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING

<br /> Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of August, 1929, st
<br />7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana
<br />any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may
<br />appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should
<br />not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution.
<br />
<br /> That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the
<br />City of Santa Aha before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work
<br />or the assessment district proposed to be assessed, or both.
<br />
<br />PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
<br />
<br /> Section 7. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daiiy newspaper p~blished
<br />and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designates
<br />as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City
<br />Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be
<br />published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required by law.
<br />The City Council does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice
<br />of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same.
<br />
<br />POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT
<br />
<br /> Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption
<br />of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of
<br />said contemplated work or improvement and along all of the open streets and alleys
<br />within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this
<br />Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form ~equired by law.

<br />regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an
<br />adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of July, 1929, by the following
