RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR. ~Oe 2210e WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, did on the Vth day of April, 19~0, pass Resolution No. 2179 determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry and which are noxious and dangerous, were growing upon the streets, sidewalks and private property in the City of Santa Aha, describ~ in the itemized report submitted herewith, and are a public nuisance; and, whereas on the 21st day of April, 1930, the City Council further passed Resolution No. 2188 ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; AND, WHEREAS, lmpu~suance to the above nnmbered resolutions, the Street Superintendent did abate such abate ~uch nuisance and kept an itemized account and report of the costa and expenses thereof; and whereas, the said Street Superintend. ent has given notice required by law in which notice June ~0, 19~0, at the hou~ of 7:~0 otclock P.M., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and whereas, at the time set the Street Superintendent sub- mitted the said report, and all of said protests or objections to said report having been heard, it is hereby; RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objections to the ~ aid report of the work done by, and the same are hereby overruled, and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at an adjourned 'regular meeting of said City Council held on the ~0th day of June, 1930, by the following vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.
