Electric Railway Company's Might-of-Way; thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southeasterly corner of Emmett's Addition as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Naps, Book 8, Page Records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Emmett~s Addition and the Northerly extension thereof to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant 30 feet Northerly from the Southerly line of Delhi Road, said line being also the City Boundary line; thence Westerly along said last described line to an intersection with the Southerly extension of the Easterly line of Tract No. 838 as recorded in Miscellaneous Naps, Book 19, Page 17, Records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along said Southerly extension and along said Easterly line of said Tract No. 838 to the Northeasterly corner thereof, said point being also the Southeasterly corner of Tract No. ~8~, as recorded in Miscellaneous Naps, Book l~, PaRes and 3, Records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Tract No~ 28~ to the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Tract No. ~8~ to the Northwesterly corner thereof; said point being also a point in the center line of ~ain Street; thence Southerly along the said center line of Main Street to the point and place of beginning. TINLE AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 7. Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of May, 1930~ at 7:30o~clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improve- ment should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment district proposed to be assessed, or both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INT~TION Section 8. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Ee~ister, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation mn the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and Form required by law. The City Council ~oes not deem it advisabl. that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF I~PROVENENT Section 9. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement and along all the open streets~ and alley within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form required by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana~ at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of April, 1930, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: J.
