line of Halladay Street to a point ll8 feet Easterly from the center line of Evergreen Street shall be improved by the construction of a concrete pipe main sanitary sewer, flush tank, manholes, lamphole and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications herein- after mentioned. That Goetz Avenue from a point 7.7S feet Westerly from the Easterly line of Main Street to the Easterly line of said Tract No. 159 shall be improved by the install- ation of a cast iron pipe water main, fire hydrant, valves and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. That the Northerly one-half (l/B) of Dyer Road from a point 14 feet ~esterly from the Easterly line of Main Street to a point 151.5 feet kasterly from the Easterly line of Main ~treet shall be improved by the construction of a concrete pipe main sanitary sewer, manhole, and all other necessary appurtenances thereto, all as part- icularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned; that the Northerly one-half (l/Z) of Dyer Road from a point lB feet Westerly from the Easterly line of Main Street to a point 1S0 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Main Street shall be improved by the installation of a cast iron pipe sanitary sewer discharge main, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. That the hereinbefore described parcel of city property shall be improved by the construction of a reinforced concrete sump, with frame pump house over same, the installation cf two (2) sewage pumps with two ~2) electric motors equipped with floats, switches, electrical connections and all other necessary appurtenances to said install- ation together with all connections to concrete pipe main sanitary sewer and to cast iron pipe sewer discharge main to be constructed in Dyer Road, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. Together with such other work er improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications to be done, which shall be considered as incidental to the above describe~ work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. That the work to be done and improvements to be made as hereinbefore described shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and. materials necessary or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work hereinbefore mentioned. PLANSt PROFILESt CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFIC'~TIONS Section 3. All of the hereinbefore described streets and rights-of-way, and the parcel of city property, together with the foregoing work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and deecribed on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESS~.~ENT DISTRICT NO. ~$~ , and, as set forth in the specifications known as ~THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 182", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer, and were adopted by Resolution No. 2188 on the 28th day of April, 1930, by the City Cotuncil of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 4. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. .DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 5. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six percent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESS~ENT DISTRICT Section 6. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district herein- ~fter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Main Street with the center line of Dyer Road; thence Easterly along said center line of Dyer Road to an intersection with the Southerly extension of the Easterly line of E~ett~s A~dition No. 3, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 8, Page ~5, Records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along said Southerly extension and along said Easterly line of said Emmett's Addition No. 3 to an intersection with the Southerly line of the Pacific
