Engineer, and were adopted by Resolution No. 2195 on the Sth day of May, 19GO, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done smd improve- ment made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles theref, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and pro- files is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six percent per ann~ua will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of Ju~y next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESS~NTDISTRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and L~rovement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County o~ Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Tract No. 9~1, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book ~8, Page 45, Records of Orange County; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Tract No. 9~1 to a point in the Northerly line of Russell Avenue; thence Easterly along the said Northerly line of Russell Avenue to an intersection with the Westerly line of Broadway; thence Southerly in a direct line to the intersection of the westerly line of Broadway with the Southerly line of Russell Avenue; thence ~esterly along the ~outherly line of said Russell Avenue to an intersection with the ~asterly line of Tract No. 921 hereinbefore mentioned; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Tract No. 9~1 to an inter- section with the Northerly line of Tract No. ~52, as per map thereof on file in ~iscellaneous ~aps, Book 15, Pager 15 and 16, Records of Orange County, California, thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Tract No. 352 to an intersection with the ~esterly line of Tract No. 921 hereinbefore mentioned; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 921 to a point in the Southerly line of Fairview Avenue; thence Easterly along the said Southerly line of Fairview Avenue to the point of beginning.
