IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND I~PHOV-,~f&iENT <br /> DISTRICT NO. 7 OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PASSING UPON PROTESTS AND OBJECTIONS <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, this City Council adopted its ~esolution of Intention in the <br /> Matter of Acquisition and Improvement District No. V of the City of Santa Aha, on <br /> the 21st day of April, 1900, and at the time and place fixed therein for the <br /> hearing of any and all objections or protests, which, under the provisions of <br /> the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925", can be presented to this Legislativ <br /> Body, took up the matter of hearing the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set for said hearing, there were no protests or. <br /> objections in writing or otherwise, to the doing of the thing or things in said <br /> Resolution of Intention proposed to be done in their entirety, and to the ordering <br /> of the same, or to the extent of the Assessment District; aud <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an opportunity has been afforded to all persons dosiring to be <br /> heard thereon, and a full, fair and impartial hearing upon the entire matter has <br /> been had: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> Ana, that it is hereby found, determined ~nd ordered as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the owners of more than one-half of the area of the property <br />included within the entire Assessment District, as described in the Resolution of <br />Intention heretofore adopted, in this matter on the 21st day of April, 1950, and <br />in the specifications therefor referred to in said Resolution, have not made <br />written objection going to the entirety of the things therein proposed to be done. <br /> <br /> 2. That all of the protests and objections, both written and oral, <br />against the doing of the thing or things proposed to be done in said Resolution of <br />Intention, are hereby overruled and denied. <br /> <br /> ~. That the boundaries of the Assessment District for said Acquisition <br />and Improvement D~strict No. V of the City of Santa Ana, as proposed in said <br />Resolution of Intention, are hereby adopted and established as the boundaries of <br />said Assessment District. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that ~e foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced, <br />passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular <br /> <br />meeting thereof, <br />to-wzt. <br /> <br /> AYES~ <br /> <br />held on the 19th day of ~ay, 1930, by the following stated vote, <br /> <br />NOES, None <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.
