MENT DISTRICT NO. 185"~ which plans and specifications are on file in the Office of the City Engineer, and were adopted by Resolution No. 2191 on the 5th day of May, 1930, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profi~es, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials t~ be used and the type of con- struction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improve- ment made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefo: on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said'profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and pro- files is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bea: interest at the rate of six percent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and i~rovement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Tract No. 921, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 28, Page ~S, Records of Orange County; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Tract No. 921 to a point in the Northerly line of Russell Avenue; thence Easterly along the said Northerly line of Russell Avenue to an intersection with the Westerly line of Broadway; thence Southerly in a direct line to the intersection of the ~'esterly line of Broadway with the Southerly line of Russell Avenue; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Russell Avenue to an intersection with the Easterly line of Tract No. 9B1 hereinbefore mentioned; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Tract No. 9B1 to an intersection with tho Northerly line of Tract No. ~, as per map thereof on file in ~iscellaneous Maps, Book 1~, Pages l~ and 18, Records of Orange County, California; thence Wemterly along the Northerly line of said Tract No. ~8~ to an intersection with the Westerly line of Tract No. 9~1 hereinbefore mentioned; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 9B1 to a point in the Southerly line of Fairview Avenue; thence Easterly Easterly along the said Southerly line of Fairview Avenue to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 8.
