of Santa Ama hereby orders the work to be done and improvement to be made in said City <br />as particularly set forth and described in the said Resolution oF Intention No, 2199 as <br />aforesaid. <br /> <br /> That the e~ense of said work and improvement is by said Resolution of Intent- <br />ion made chargeable upon a district which said district is described in and~ the said <br />Resolution of Intention and is shown by a plkt or map thereof on file in the office of <br />the City E~gineer. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby directed to post a notice of said <br />work, together with the specifications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near <br />the Council Ch~umber door of said City Council, inviting sealed proposals or bids for <br />doing the work ordered. He is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such <br />proposals and referring to the specifications posted or on file in the Santa Aha Daily <br />Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, <br />and hereby designated for that purpose. <br /> <br /> I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Work was duly and <br />regularly introduced, passed e~ adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 16th day of June, 1930, by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT,' <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: <br />TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.
