RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br />TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDER- <br />ING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT <br />AND RECORD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />day of July, 1950, <br /> <br /> NO. .2277. <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 21st <br />pass Resolution of Intention No. 2218, for the improvement of <br /> <br />portions of Patton Street, St. Andrewts Place, Sycamore Street, Broadway, Birch <br />Street and Ross Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1900, the Street Superintendent <br />of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and <br />specified, which assessment diagram was approved by the City Council of said <br />City on the 27th day of October, 1950. <br /> <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice as <br />required by law, in which notice January 12, 1951, at the hour of 7:50 o'clock <br />P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City <br />as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard <br />and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written object <br />ion to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hear- <br />ing protests or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear the <br />same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done <br />having been heard; it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that all of the <br />said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said <br />proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment be <br />affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to <br />attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and <br />shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly <br />passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meet- <br />ing of said City Council held on the 12th day of January, 1931, by the following <br /> <br />stated vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: <br />TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, B.O.Sutton, <br />Stanley E.
