IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DI~TRICT <br /> <br /> NO. 10 OF THE CIIi~Z OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2278 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PASSING UPON PROTE~TS AND OBJECTIONS. <br /> <br /> W~HEREAS, this City Council adopt~d its Resolution .of Intention In the Matter <br /> of Acquisition and Improvement District No. l0 of the City of Santa Ana, on the 15th <br /> day of December, 1930, and at the time and place fixed therein for the hearing of any <br /> and all objections or protests, which, under the provisions of the "Acquisition and' <br /> Improvement Act of 1925", can be presented to this Legislative Body, took up the <br /> matter of hearing the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set for said hearing, there were no protests or object- <br /> ions in writing or otherwise, to the doing of the thing or things in said Resolution of <br /> Intention proposed to be done in their entirety, and to the ordering of the same, or to <br /> the extent of the Assessment District; and <br /> <br /> ~,VHEREAS, an opportunity has been afforded to all persons desiring to be <br /> heard thereon, and a full, fair and impartial hearing upon the entire matter has been <br /> had: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa .ina, <br /> that it is hereby found, determined and ordered as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the owners of more than one-half of the area of the property include( <br />within the entire Assessment District, as described in the Resolution of Intention here. <br />tofore adopted, in this matter on the 15th day of December, 1930, and in the specificati <br />therefor referred to in said Resolution, have not made written objection going to the <br />entirety of the things therein proposed to be done. <br /> <br /> 2. That all of the protests and objections, both written and oral, against <br />the ~oing of the thing or things proposed to be done in said Resolution of Intention, <br />are hereby overruled And denisd. <br /> <br /> 3. That the boundaries of the Assessment District for said Acquisition and <br />Improvement District No. l0 of the City of Santa Ana, as proposed in said Resolution of <br />Intention, are hereby adopted and established as the boundaries of said Assessment <br />District. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Hesolution was regularly introduced, <br />passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular <br />meeting thereof, held on the 12th day of January, 19Sl, by the following stated vote, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br /> ~RUSTE~S. <br />NOES~ ~ ~ · <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, ~7.J.Kelly, B.0..%utton, <br />Stanley E.
