246 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: That the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said <br /> propoaals or bids except that next herein mentioned, and here~y awards the contract <br /> for doing said work and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: <br /> Kovacevich and Price, Inc., at the unit prices named in their bid, as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item No. 1. The grading to a subgrade and the laying thereon of a Port- <br /> land Cement Concrete Pavement having a total thickness of Six (6) inches, complete <br /> with the furnishing of all necessary mquipment, labor and material for the mum of <br /> Nimeteen and 9/100 cents ($.199) per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item No. 2. The grading to a subgrade and the placing thereon of a <br /> Portland Cement Concrete Pavement having a total thickness of five (6) inches, <br /> complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material for the <br /> sum of Nineteen cents (~.15) per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item No. 3. The trenching, furnishing and laying of Six (6) inch diamete~ <br /> vitrified clay pipe main sewer, complete with the furnishing of all necessary <br /> equioment, labor and material, for the sum of Sixty-five cents ($.88) per linear <br /> <br /> Item No. ll.
