<br /> IT IS THEREFORE NOW BY THE CI'i~ff COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DETERMINED~
<br /> RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: That no cause has been shown why bonds should not be
<br /> issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule all object
<br /> ions thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds; and further,
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of
<br />unpaid assessments to said amount of Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-eight and
<br />25/100 Dollars ($14,368.25).
<br />
<br /> That said bonds shall be twenty (20) in number, and shall be dated July 18,
<br />1932, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, and the denomination
<br />of said bonds and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be as follows:

<br /> The first coupon of interest shall be for interest from July llth, 1932 to
<br />January 2nd, 1933, and the several coupons thereafter shall each be for the semi-annual
<br />interest; and
<br />
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon
<br />the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place
<br />of a signature by hand; and
<br />
<br /> BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana be and he
<br />is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds herein above enumerated
<br />to the Contractors, Kavocevich & Price, in satisfaction of the balance due upon the
<br />
<br /> assessment and diagram.
<br />
<br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed
<br />by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
<br />
