RESOLUTION NO. 59-230 DECLARING THE VACATION OF <br />A PORTION OF SULLIVAN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 20, 1959, the City Council adopted Resolu- <br /> <br />tion No. 59-185, declaring its intention to vacate a portion of <br /> <br />Sullivan Street, which said Resolution was published and posted <br /> <br />as required by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on the 8th day of <br /> <br />September, 1959, upon due notice in said Resolution and said notices <br /> <br />contained. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the City Council here- <br />by finds from all the evidence submitted that the portion of <br /> <br />Sullivan Street herein described is ur~em~s~ for present or <br /> <br />prospective street purposes. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereb~makes <br />its order vacating and abandoning for street purposes that portion <br /> <br />of Sullivan Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />That portion of Sullivan Street between the South line <br />of Caster Street and the South boundary of Tract No. 2511, <br />as per map thereof recorded in Book ll3, Pages 29, 30, <br />31, 32, 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said <br />Orange County. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September , 1959' <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly intm duced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the-~th day of September , 1959, and was at said meeting regular- <br />ly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
