RESOLU~ION N0. 250~ RESOLUTION OONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2485 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, dated the 5th day of October, 1936~, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 8, 1936, the City Council did declare that the follow- ing curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Green, and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes as provided in Subdivion (f) of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the following curbs, to-wit: FOURTH STREET On the South Side between French and Mortimer Streets, located as follows: The Easterly 27 feet of the West 1V3 feet. AND, WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to abandon such time limit parking zone; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing time limit parking zone be and the same is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the. paint on. said curbs to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RES0~VED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted ~ellow, a s provided in Subdivision (h) of sAi~ Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: SYCAMORE STRE~i' On the East side between Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: The Southerly 20 feet of the Northerly 227 feet. FOURTH STREET On the South side between French and Mortimer Streets, located as follows: The Easterly 19 feet of the West 163 feet. BE IT h~HTHER RESOEVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the follow- ing curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Green, as provided in Subdivision (f) of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted Green, as follows; to-wit: FOURTH STREET On the South side betwee~ French and Mortimer Streets, located as follews~ The Easterly 30 feet of the Westerly 193 feet. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the follow- ing curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Red, as provided in Subdivision (e) of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted Red, as follows, to-wit:
