RESOLUTION N0. 2508 RESGLUTION RELEASING BOND ON TRACT NO. 1000 T~E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEHEAS, it appears to ~ ~ the City Council by a certificate in writing, signe by E. L. HEISS, as City Inspector, that the improvement of Free~u Street through Tract No. 1000, in the City of Santa Arm, has been completed, all in accordance with that certain bond in the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Doll~,heretofore filed with the City Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, be it reqolved that said bond be and the same is hereby exonerated and ordered returned to the person filing such bond, and WHEREAS, it appears that the person filing such bond has assigned all right, title and interest therein to the Orange County Title Company, and has instructed this City, upon the exoneration of such bond, to pay the same to the said Orange County Title Company. NOW, THEREFORE, be it further resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to draw a warrant in the sum of One Thousand ($100.00) Dollars to the Orange County Title Company as a refund of the $1000.00 in cash heretofore deposited with the City.
