RESOLUTION NO. 2509 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES UNDER SECTION 9, OF ORDINANCE NO. 10~0. BE IT RE~0LVED BY 'A'HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLL~I~S: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. lO~O, of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, Regulating the Use of Public Highways within Said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council do~ hereby declare that the following curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Aua shall be painted red as provided iu Subdivision "E" of Section 9 of sad Ordinance No. 1050, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted red as follows, to-wit: BUS~ STREET On the West side between Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: The South 6 feet of the North 125 feet. The South 6 feet of the North 95 feet. BE IT FURTHER RESOE¥~o that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1050, the following curbs and pavement adjacent thereto along the public highs in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted with stripes to indicate that diagonal parking is permitted as provided in ~ubdivision "D" of Section 9, of said Ordinance No. 1050, as follows, to~t: FOURTH STREET On the North side between Shelton a~d ~A' Streets, located as follows The East ~ £eet of thd West 60 feet being four (4) diagonal parking stalls.
