BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "Tustin and Seventeenth N. E. Annex" is hereby designated as an appropriate name for said terri- tory for the purpose of this annexation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV~: That November 2nd, 1959, at the hour of ?:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, ~rd and ~ain Streets, Santa Ana, Cd ifornia, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear protests against this annexation made by any person owning real property within the said territory. At any time before said hour any such person who desires to protest must file written notice against said annexation. The statute requires that such protest must state the owner's name and the description and area of the property owned by him in gen- eral terms.
