BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby declares <br /> <br />its intention to annex all of the territory hereinbelow described <br /> <br />under the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act <br /> <br />of 1939, and hereby finds and declares that said territory is un- <br /> <br />inhabited within the meaning of "uninhabited" as defined in Govern- <br /> <br />ment Code Section 35303, on the date of the adoption of this Reso- <br /> <br />lution; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />lies in the County of 0range~ State of California, and is described <br /> <br />as: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line <br /> of Seventeenth Street which is parallel with and 40.00 <br /> feet northerly measured at right angles frcE the center <br />line of Seventeenth Street with the West line of 01d Tustin <br />Avenue, 60.00 feet wide, said point being an angle point in <br />the present city boundary of the City of Santa Aha, Califor- <br />nia, and running thence north along said City boundary 621.32 <br />feet; thence continuing north, departing from said City bound- <br />ary, along the west line of 01d Tustin Avenue to the inter- <br />section of said west line with the westerly extension of the <br />north line of Tract Number 2~93, as ~ahow~ on a map thereof <br />recorded in Book 113, pages ~5 and 36, ~ilscellaneous Maps, <br />Records of Orange County, California; thence easterly along <br />said north line and its extension to the east line of Ponderosa <br />Street, 50 feet wide, thence southerly along said east line <br />of Ponderosa Street to the north line of Lot 9, in Tract No. <br />1031 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 33, page 43, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; thence easter- <br />ly along said north line of Lot 9 to the northeast corner of <br />said Lot 9; thence southerly along the east line of Lots 9 <br />and 8 in said Tract No. lO31, 33?.36 feet; thence easterly <br />parallel with the South line of Lot 5 in said Tract No. 1031, <br />l0 feet; thence southerly along a line parsllel with and l0 <br />feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the east line <br />of Lots 8 and 7 in said Tract No. 1031, 196.00 feet; thence <br />easterly along a straight line parallel with the south line <br />of Lot 4 in Tract No. 1031 to the east line of Deodar Street, <br />64.00 feet wide; thence northerly along said east line 21 <br />feet; thence easterly along a line parallel with the north <br />line of Lot I in said Tract No. lO31, to a point on said par- <br />al lel line which is 8' westerly, measured along said paral- <br />lel, from the east line of said Lot l; thence northeasterly <br />in a straight line 141.88 feet to a point on the east line of <br />Lot 2 in said Tract No. 1031, whici~ is 44.74 feet northerly <br />from the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly <br />along the East line of Lots 2 and 3 in said Tract No. 1031; <br />thence northerly along the west line of Lot 14, Block B, of <br />the A.
