ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~ Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 59-2~0 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE <br /> IMPROVE~ENT OF TOWNER STREET AND OTHER STREETS <br /> (A.D. 202) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Towner Street <br />and other streets, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 59-45, <br />was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city <br />on September 18, 1959; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in <br />accordance with law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on said assessment, which hear- <br />ing was held on November 2, 1959, all written objections, protests, <br />and appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the <br />City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, TREREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im- <br />provement of Towner Street and other streets, under Resolution of <br />Intention No. 59-45, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and <br />approved. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every <br />kind or nature to said assessment and all appeals therefrom to said <br />City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled and denied. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith <br />attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said assess- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify <br />to the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter <br />the same shall be in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> APPR0¥ED AND ADOPI~D this 2nd day ofN°vember , 1959. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
