1.3t <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2S8V <br />RESOLUTION FOR S,ATR OF TAX DEEDED LOT <br /> <br />Be it Resolved by the Council of the City of Santa Aha;- <br /> That this City sell to Ernest D. Webb, that certain real property <br /> belonging to this City and described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange <br /> County, California, and particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 10, Tract 383, Bungalow Square <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute <br />a deed to said property, to Ernest D. Webb, upon receipt by the City of the sum <br />of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), as the full purchase and sale price thereof, <br />and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of delinquen~ <br />taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at <br />its regular adjourned meeting held on the 29th day of August, 1938. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
