~SOLUTION NO. ~9-289 ACKNOWLEDGING THE RECEIPT OF A <br /> PY OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE PETITION FOR <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ CALI- <br /> FORNIA~ NOMINATED "SOUTH ~z~?~v~A ANNEX NO. 3"~ STATE- <br /> MENT ACCOMPANYING SU~0TICE AND ~F-~A~TT OF PUBLI- <br /> CATION THEREOF~ AND APPROVING CIRCULATION OF PETITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ heretofore there was filed with the City Council <br /> <br />a request for annexation of certain territory to the City of Santa <br />Ana~ which said request was referred to the Planning Commission~ <br />and after approval by them the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />59-288 consenting to the commencement of annexation proceedings; <br />~nd <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ heretofore there has been filed with the City Clerk <br />acopy of NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE PETITION FOR ANNEXATION <br />OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ CALIFORNIA~ accompanied by <br />a written statement containing reasons for said annexation~ to- <br />gether with an affidavit of publication of said notice showing <br />publication had on November 9th~ 19~9, in the Santa Ana Register; <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Santa Aha hereby acknowledges receipt of said notice~ <br />statement and affidavit, as hereinabove set out~ and that approval <br />is hereby given for the circulation of a petition for annexation <br />of that certain territory in the County of Orange, State of California~ <br />and described on Exhibit A attached hereto~ and by reference made <br />a part hereof. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its adjourned <br /> <br />19~9. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />special meeting held on the 9th day of November~ <br /> <br /> <br />
