RESOLUTION NO. 2714 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOEYED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell <br />to Rex S. Nerison, that certain real property belonging to this City, and <br />described as being in the City of Sauta Aha, Orauge County, California, and <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Twenty (20) of Tract Nc. 532 <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute <br />a deed to said property to Rex S. Nerison, npon receipt by the City of the sum <br />of Four Hundred Fifty and no/lO0 Dollars ($450.00) as the Full purchase and <br />sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said <br />property free of delinquent taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at <br />its regular meeting held on the 16th day of October, 1939. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
