RESOLUTI0h~ N0o 2727 RESOLUTI0~ C0~ICL?~ING PARK~IG LIL~ITATIONS BE IT RESOA~ BY ~ CI~ C0~CZL 0F ~!E CI~ 0F S~TA ~A, AS FOLLOWS: !Tt~R~S~ by Resolution ~!o. ~685 of the City Co%~cil of the City of S~ta dated the 5th day of October, 19~G, pursus~nt to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, ~d pur~t to thc provisions of 0rdLu~ce No. 10~0 of the City of S~nta Ana, entitled "An 0rdin~ce Re~lati~ the Use of Public Hi,ways Within said City", adopted April G, 19S8, the City Co~cil did decl~e that ~e followi~ curb along ~e public hi,ways h~ the City of Santa ~a shall be painted ~een ~d shall ~_~te letters thereon indicating that the ~x~n~ tinge ~iz~t for bear a legend in parking shall be t~?enty (~0) mmnute~, as provided ~ Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said 0rdin~ce No. lO~0~ ~d the City ~ineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be pa~ted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: F0~ S~EET 0n the North side between Ross Street ~d Birch Street, located as follows: ~e Easterly ~0 feet of the Westerly 105 feet. ~ it is ~e desire of the City Council to ab~don ~d eli~dnate a portion of that certain tv;enty minute parking zone as aboge described. N~, ~REFORE~ be it resolved that the Easterly l0 feet of the foregoing twenty minute zone is hereby e!in~inated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the pa~t on said curb to be re,moved or covered.
