RESOLUTION NO. 2728 RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LII.~TATIONS L%rDER 0RDINALCE NO. 1030 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~IIA, AS FOLLOWS: V~rEKEAS~ by Resohtion No. 2514 of thc City Council of the City of Santa Ana~ dated the 15th day of ~Iarch~ 193V, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Sauna Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within ssid City", adopted April 6, 1936~ the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted green mud shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes~ as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 10OO~ and the City EngSm~eer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described~ on the following curb~ to-wit: On the West side between Fifth and Fourth Streets~ located as follows: The Southerly 20 feet of the Northerly 19V feet. AND~ it is the desire of the City Council to abandon ~d eliminate that certain twenty minute parking zone as above described~ NOW, THEKEFORE~ be it resolved that the foregoing twenty minute parking zone is hereby el~-minated and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursu, mut to said Ordinance No. 1050~ the followLug curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) mfnutes~ as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030~ and the City Engineer is hereby dir,ected tc cause following curb, to-wit: said curb to be painted as above described on the ~iAIN S. TREET On the West side between Fifth and Fourth Streets located as follows: The Southerly 20 feet of the Northerly 15V feet. BE IT FURT~-tER RESOLVED that pursuant to said Ordinance ~Io. 1030, the following c%~rb along the ~ublic hi~aways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Red~ as provided in Subdivision "E" of Section 9, of said Ordinance No. ~030~ and the City Engineer is hereby fdrected t~o cause said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: ~,t~I N STREET On the West side between Fifth and Fourth Streets, located as foll~vs: The Southerly V3 feet.
