RESOLUTION N0. 2659 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CANCYJ~LATION OF TAXES ON CITY 0b~JED PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF SANTA ANA: That the taxes levied on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, together with all penalties and costs, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly itemized, are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records of such taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange requesting an order cancelling all taxes levied against said property.
