RESOLUTION NO. 2660 RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS BE IT RES0~VED by the Council of the City of Smnta Aha: THAT, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this City sell to Esther B. Reitnour and Clifford E. Reitnour, as joint tenants, that certain real property belonging to this City, and~ described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Oran County, California, and particularly described sis follows: Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block "B" of Tract No. 68V, "Sunset Gardens", as shown on a map recorded in Book 30, Page 24, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorize~ to execute a deed to said pr¢~rty to Esther F. Reitnour and Clifford E. Reitnour, as Joint tenants, upon receipt by the City of the sum of Two Hundred and no/l©0 Dollars ($200.O0) as the full purchase and sale price thereof, ~n~ upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of delinquent taxes.
