RESOLUTION NO. 99'~O1 DECLARING THE WITI~)RAWAL OF CERTAIN TERRITORIES FROM THE "TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT" WHEREAS, heretofore, the territory hereinbelow described was annexed to the City of Santa Ana, California, by Ordinance Number NS-379 adopted 20 July 1959 under the name of "Tustin and Fourth, East of Annex", so that now all of the real property described hereinbelow is within the limits of the City of Santa Ana, California, but still remains in the Tustin Lighting District and should be removed therefrom, for. the reason that the City of Santa Aha furnishes street and highway lighting to territory within its boundary without the imposition of a special tax or charge therefor, and WHEREAS, on 11 May 1959, the Orange County Boundary Commission approved the description hereinbelow set out as being reasonably definite and certain for the purpose of the annexation from said District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all that certain territories within the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California described as~ Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Tustin Avenue, (60.00 feet wide) with the easterly extension of %he south line of Fourth Street (60.00 feet wide) and run- ning thence southerly along the east line of said Tustin Avenue to its intersection with the north boundary line of the City of Tustin, California, said point of intersection being 540.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles from the centerline of First Street; thence easterly along said city boundary of Tustin to its intersection with the southerly extension of the west line of the east 10 acres of Lot 1, Felipe Yorba Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 206, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence northerly departing from Tustin City boundary, along said southerly extension of the west line of the east 10 acres of Lot 1 to the south line of said Lot 1; thence westerly along the south line of said Lot 1 to the east of said Tustin Avenue (60.00 feet wide); thence southerly along the east line of said Tustin Avenue to the point of beginning be and the same is hereby withdrawn from the Tustin Lighting District and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that said territory is so withdrawn from said District.
