RESOLUTION NO. 60-12 DECLARING THE WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN TERRITORIES FROM THE TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT WHEREAS, heretofore territory hereinbelow described was annexed to the City of Santa Ana, California by Ordinance No. NS-379, adopted July 20, 1959 under the name of "~a~a~n~ Fourth East of A~ex", so that now all of the real property des- cribed hereinbelow is within the limits of the City of Santa Ana, California, but still remains within the Tustin Lighting District and should be removed therefrom; and WHEREAS, on January ll, 1960, the Orange County Boundary Commission approved the description hereinbelow set out as reason- ably definite and certain for the purpose of removing said terri- tory from said District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all of that territory in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning.at the intersection of the east line of Tustin Avenue, (b0 feet wide), with the easterly extension of the South line of Fourth Street (60.00 feet wide), and running thence southerly along t he East line of said Tusttn Avenue to its intersection wit~ t~e North boundary line of the City of Tustin, Califoz~nia, said point of intersection being 540.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles from the center line of First Street; thence easterly along said City boundary of Tustin to its intersection with the southerly extension of the West line of t~e East l0 acres of Lot l, Felipe Yorba Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, Page 206, Miscellsneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence northerly departing from Tustin City boundary, along said southerly extension of the West line of the East l0 acres of Lot i to the South line of said Lot l; thence westerly along the South line of said Lot I to the East line of said Tustin Avenue (60.00 feet wide); thence southerly along the East line of said Tustin Avenue to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby withdrawn from the Tustin Lighting Dist- rict, and the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares that said territory is so withdrawn from said District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. ~-~is hereby rescinded.
