RESOlUtION NO, 2~65 <br /> <br />P. ESOE~TION CONCERNING PAR~UING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, dated the 5th day of october, 1936, pursuant ~o the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, t~he City <br />Council did declare that the following curbs along the public highways in the <br />City of Santa Aua shall be painted yellow as provided in Subdivision "H" of <br />Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City ~hgineer was thereby directed <br />to Cause said curb to be paiuted as above described on the following curb, to-wit <br /> <br /> SPURGEON STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between Fourth and Third Streets# located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 10 feet of the Northerly 152 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandc~ and eliminate that <br /> certain freight loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it ~esolvsd that the foregoing freight loading zone <br />is hereby eliminated, mad the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the <br />paint on said curbs to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BM THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> regular meeting held on bhe 4th day of March, 1940. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
