RESOLUTION NO. 59-313 DECLARING CONSENT OF THE CITY OF <br />S.~NTA ANA TO THE 0-~NCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE <br />ANNEXATION ACT OF 1913 OF TERRITORY KNOWN AS "B~RRYDALE <br />AND TRASK N. E. ANNEX" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a request of residents and property owners in the <br />area North of Trask Avenue and East of Berrydate Street has been <br />received, requesting consent of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha to commencement of proceedings, as required by Govern- <br />ment Code Section 35106; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a true copy of a description of the territory and <br />a map showing the boundaries thereof, and said petition has been <br />referred to the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha for <br />report or recommendation, and said Planning Commission has reported <br />to the City Council recommending that said annexation be consented <br />to, approved and carried forward by said Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha ~ereby consents to the commencement of pro- <br />ceedings for the ~nexation of inhabited territory to be known as <br />"Berrydale and Trask N. E.
