RESOLUTION NO. 59'314 ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AFFI- DAVIT OF PUBLICAT O-'~F INTENTION TO CIRCULATE PETITION FOR ANNEXATION TO 154E CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND ACCOMPANY- ING STATEMENT, AND APPROVING CIRCULATION OF PETITION IN TERRITORY NOMINATED" BERRYDALE AND TRASK N. E. ANNEX" WHEREAS, there was heretofore filed with the City Council a request for annexation of certain territory, which said request was referred to the Planning Commission, and after approval by said Commission the City Council adopted a Resolution consenting to the commencement of annexation proceedings; and WHEREAS, there has now been filed with the City Clerk a copy of NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, accompanied by a statement containing reasons for said annexation, together with an affidavit of publication of said notice and statement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: T~at the City Council of the City of Ssnta Ana hereby accepts receipt of said affidavit, notice, and statement regarding terrtto~ nominated "Berrydale and Trask N. E. Annex", and approval is hereby given for the circulation of a petition for annexation of said territory described on Exhibit A attached hereto, and by reference made a part hereof. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 18th day of Decem- bet, 1959.
