RESOLUTION No. 59-319 DECLARING INTENTION TO CHANGE A PORTION OF RITCHEY STREET TO A LOCAL STREET WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing, on notice, and has recommended to the City Council that the portion of Ritchey Street hereinbelow referred to be changed to a local street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby fixes February 15, 1960, at the hour of 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Santa Aha, California, as t~e time and place where any person interested may appear and be heard on the question of a proposed change in the precise plan for Ritchey Street, be- tween the easterly extension of Edinger Street and Delhi Road, which said proposed change would reduce Ritc~$ Street from a secondary highway (84 feet of right of w~) to a local street (60 feet of right of way). Any person interested in said proposed c~ange may then and there appear before the City Council and be heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk shall publish notice of the time, place, and subject of this hearing once in the Register, at least ten days before said hearing.
