RESOLUTION NO. 60-Z? CHANGING A PORTION OF RITCHEY STREET FROM A SECONDARY HIGPRYAY TO A LOCAL STREET WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution No. ~8-261 the City Council of the City of Santa Ana adopted a ~laster Plan of Streets and High- ways, which showed a portion of Ritchey Street as being a secondary highway, and the Planning Commission nas now recon~,ended that said portion of Ritch®y Street be reduced to a local street on said Master Plan; and WHEREAS, said City Council adopted Resolution No. ~9-319 calling a public hearing on said question, and duly held said public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds and declares that the public safety, c.~nvenience and general welfare require, and it is ordered, that the portion of Ritch~y Street between the Easterly extension of Edinger Street and Delhi Road, be s~d the same is hereby changed f~om a secon- dary highway (84-foot right of way) to a local street (60-foot right of way).
