RESOLUTION NO. 5157 <br />RES0LUTION ACCEPTING DEED <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana does hereby <br />accept that certain deed from Ben Weingart and Stella Weingart, husband and wife, to <br />the property described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Lot Thirty-seven (37) in Block "B" of "Tract No. 638, Furman <br /> Tract No. 1." <br /> <br /> All said property is in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular adjourned meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1942. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Erma Keeler <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Joseph P.
