RESOLUTION NO. 5158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this City s ell to <br />Chas. Carrillo that certain real property belonging to this City, and described <br /> <br />as being in the City of Santa Ana, <br />described as follow~: <br /> <br /> Lots 14, 15, <br /> <br />Orange County, California, and particularly <br /> <br />16 and 1 7, Block F, South Santa Ana <br /> <br />and that the Nayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a <br />deed to s~td property to Chas. Carrillo upon receipt by the City of the sum of <br />Two Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($200.00) as full purchase and sale price thereof, <br />and upon this City being able to Furnish title to said property free of delinquent <br />taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOFTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its <br />regular adjourned meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1942. <br /> <br />Joseph P.
