RESOLUTION N0.~.162 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL P~PERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this City sell to <br />C. Arnold that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as being <br /> <br />in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Three <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and <br /> <br />California, and particularly described as <br /> <br />(3), Pacific Electric Subdivision, <br />they are hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />quitclaim deed to said property to C. Arnold upon receipt byt~ C~y of the sum <br />of Fifty and n~/lO0 Dollars ($80.00), as full purchase and sale price thereof. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its <br />regular meeting held on the 19th day of October, 1942. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Erma Keeler <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />Joseph P.
