RESOLUTION NO. 5170 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled <br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within <br />said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council does hereby declare that the <br />following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Red <br />as provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, and the City <br />Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted Red as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST THIRD STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Main Street and Sycamore Street, located as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 39 feet of the Westerly S1 feet <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by .the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Erma Keeler <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />7th day of December, 1942. <br /> <br />Joseph P.
