RESOLUTION NO. 5170 RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Red as provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted Red as follows, to-wit: WEST THIRD STREET On the South side between Main Street and Sycamore Street, located as follows: The Easterly 39 feet of the Westerly S1 feet PASSED AND ADOPTED by .the City Council of the City of Santa Ana regular meeting held on the ATTEST: Erma Keeler City Clerk. 7th day of December, 1942.
