RESOLUTION NO. 3171 RESOLUTION DECLARING CENTRAL TRAFFIC DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SENTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of Californi~ and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public highways Within said City", adopted April 8, 1938, the City Council does hereby declare that all of the streets within the following described limits shall be designated as Central Traffic District "A": Beginning at the Northwest corner of First Street and Broadway; thence Easterly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of First Street and Main Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of Second Street and Main Street; Thence Easterly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of Second Street and Bush Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of Third,Street and Bush Street; Thence Easterly in a direct line to the Southea,st corner of Third Str~et and S~urgeon Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of Fourth Street and SPurgeon Street; Thence Easterly in a direct line to the point of intersection of the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of MOrtimer Street with the Southerly line of Fourth Street. Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Mortimer Street and Fourth Street; Thence Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Fourth Street and Spurgeon Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Fifth Street and Spurgeon Street; Thence Westerly in a direct line to the Northwest corner of Fifth Street and Sourgeon Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the N~rthwest corner of Seventh Street and Spurgeon Street; Thence Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Seventh Street and Main Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of Eighth Street and Main Street; Thence due West to the point of intersection with the West line of Main Street; Thence Southerly in a direct line to the Northwest corner of Church Street and Main Street; Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Church Street and its Westerly prolongation thereof to an inter- section with the West line of Broadway; Thence Southerly in a direct line to the Northwest corner of Fourth Street and Broadway; Thence. Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Fourth Street and Ross Street; Thence Southerly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of Fourth Street and Ross Street; Thence Easterly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of Fourth Street and Birch Street; Thence Southerly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of Second Street and Birch Street; Thence Easterly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of Second Street and Broadway; thence Southerly in a direct llne to the Northwest corner of First Street and Broadway, and point of beginning. The said City Council does hereby declare that all that portion of the City of Santa Ana lying within the following described exterior boundary lines, excepting that portion thereof which is hereinabove described as Central Traffic District "A", is hereby declared to be and the same is hereby created as Central Traffic District "B" of said City, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Main Street and Pine Street; thence Westerly in a direc$ line to the Northwest corner of Sycamore Street and Pine Street; Thence due North to an intersection wi~h the center line of Walnut Street; Thence Westerly along the center line of Walnut Street to its intersection with the Southerly prolongation of the West line of Birch Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of First Street and Birch Street; Thence Westerly in a direct line to the Southeast corner of First Street and Ross Street; Thence Northerly in a direct llne to the Southeast corner of Second Street and Ross Street; Thence Westerly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of Second Street and Ross Street; Thence Northerly in a direct line to the Southwest corner of Third Street and Ross Street;
