RESOLUTION NO. 3130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this City sell <br /> <br />to W. W. Hoy that certain real property belonging to this City, and described <br /> <br />as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (?), Block "B", Tract No. 638, as <br />recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 19, page l?, <br />Records of Orange County, reserving therefrom <br />for street and highway purposes the following <br />portion of said parcel: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 7, <br />Block "B" - thence East along lot llne 18.00 feet; <br />thence Southerly 25.03 feet to a point in the South <br />line of said Lot 7, said point being distant 19.25 <br />feet Easterly from the Southwest corner of said Lot <br />7; thence Westerly 19.25 feet to the Southwest corner <br />of said lot; thence Northerly 25 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are here'by authorized to execute <br /> <br />a quitclaim deed to said property to W. W. Hoy upon receipt by the City of the <br /> <br />sum of One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($100.00) as full purchase and sale price <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1942. <br /> <br />Joseph P.
